Vision And Journey

Sei was born out of a need for clarity in healing, a way to move forward with intention, not just talk in circles.

Too often, therapy can feel open-ended, unstructured, or disconnected from real life. Sei offers something different:
a grounded, goal-oriented approach that is both deeply personal and measurably transformative.

Rooted in modern psychology and ancient Indian wisdom, Sei blends therapeutic frameworks with meditative and body-based practices. Every offering is structured, results-focused, and created to help you move through emotional blocks, identity struggles, or moments of transition, with care, insight, and direction.

This work is not only shaped by research and clinical practice, but by lived experience, by the questions I’ve asked, the paths I’ve walked, and the clarity I’ve found in stillness, structure, and honest self-inquiry.

Journey...

I hold a BSc in Psychology and Sociology from Bath Spa University, and an MSc in Psychological Therapies from Queen Mary University of London, where I trained within the medical school at Barts and The London.

Alongside this academic foundation, I’ve undergone intensive yogic training in the Satyananda tradition at the Bihar School of Yoga, a lineage deeply rooted in self-inquiry, body-based awareness, and meditative discipline. Over the past 5 years, I’ve worked across India and the UK with students, parents, professionals, and LGBTQIA+ individuals, offering support through emotional transitions, identity exploration, and self-directed healing.

This unique blend of therapeutic and yogic tools forms the basis of Sei’s structured, compassionate, and transformative programs.
